Finca Alessandra is a renovated villa, which was once used as a watermill. It is located in a peaceful rural setting in its own 3 acres.
Has 3 twin, air conditioned (cold/hot) bedrooms, two of which have ensuites. All the bedrooms have stunning views overlooking the River Ebro. The third bedroom is disabled friendly, located on the ground floor. Next to this is a 'wet room' bathroom. A large, luxury, fully fitted, rustic style kitchen leads into the lounge. This has access onto a enormous balcony with outstanding views over the river. River Ebro actually runs under the large balcony.
Villa has unlimited wifi.
The fully secluded swimming pool and is available from middle of April. There is disabled person access to the pool area, with ample comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas.
This is the view of the villa in Mora La Nova from the River Ebro and some of our private swims under the villa. All have proved to be useful in fishing for carp or catfish. We also have another quiet cat fishing or carp fishing swim 50 metres away from the villa, which now holds our carp record.
The villa record now stands at 92lbs, well done Brian. This was caught not 5 or 10 minutes up river by boat or had taken hours of fishing. It was spotted from the balcony and then caught from the jetty under the villa.
New Carp fishing record 13th June 2014.
Danny had baited up the new wood swim and caught this 48lb common carp.
